RESERVATIONS

We recommend scheduling treatments in advance to ensure that your preferred time is available. You can book online, through Clinic Sense, or over the phone. To schedule your first appointment, a valid credit card reservation is necessary. We accept all major credit cards, apple pay, android pay and cash. We do not accept checks. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a partial charge for the service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be partially charged for your services. Appointments that are made on the same day cannot be canceled or changed.

CHECK IN

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to discuss your massage with your therapist.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please note that arriving late will determine the length of your treatment. If you arrive later than the time of your scheduled appointment, your treatment will be shortened in consideration of the next guest and our cleaning procedures. Thank you for understanding.

MINOR POLICY

We require that minors under the age of 16 be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

Parental presence is necessary for the duration of the massage. We do not provide services for minors under 14.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is customary and is preferred in cash. Tips may be left in the tip box supplied in the treatment room.​​

PEACE & QUIET POLICY

To preserve the relaxing environment, we ask that cellphones be put on silent while inside of our center. If you must take a phone call, you may do so outside of the building. Voices must be kept low in the treatment rooms and in the waiting area. Thank you for your consideration.
